Building individual and team resilience is a huge challenge for busy organisations, especially in Aged Care with its constant challenges - internal & external. It takes purpose and intention. Given the challenges of Covid-19 will continue - we need to stay connected and support ourselves and each other more than ever.

 

This half-day training program is based on the learning principles of Neuroplasticity, to maximise the opportunity for you to build your foundation of well-being and resilience while developing the confidence to know how to support your team's mental health.
