Getting there

Location - Amora Hotel Riverwalk Melbourne, 649 Bridge Rd, Richmond, VIC 3121

Registration - Delegates can register from 0800 on each day of the Conference

 

Parking - There is parking available onsite offered at $20/day (enter via River Street, off Bridge Road). Payment is via QR code available at the conference.

Transport - Tram 48 and 75 from the city runs along Bridge Road and the stop is in front of the hotel – stop 22. Hawthorn and Burnley train stations are approx. 10 minute walk from the hotel. For more information go to ptv.vic.gov.au

Accommodation - Amora Hotel Riverwalk offers on site accommodation (please contact them directly for rates/availability). Alternatively, due to the proximity to the CBD, there are plenty of airbnb, hotel and serviced apartments options available near by.

We are pleased to offer a boutique range of Trade Displayers at the Conference. You will be able to interact with them before and during the Conference at the a-located break sessions. Please take the opportunity to visit all of our wonderful trades and review the diverse range of products & services they are offering.

Conference Evaluations + Certificates

Below you can find the links to the Conference Evaluation for Day 1 & Day 2, we encourage all delegates to evaluate / provide feedback on the presentations & their experience of the event. Certificates of Attendance will be sent upon completion of each day's evaluation to the email provided at the start of the evalution.

Extra Resources

We know that CCAC will offer a space to share ideas, learnings, and inspire changes. We also know that 2 days is never enough to capture the amount of education, tools and resources that are relevant to Clinical Care. General Conference Information

Mobile phones - Please ensure mobile phones are turned off/on silent during Conference proceedings.

Smoking - Only permitted outside the building.

Questions/comments - There will be a number of opportunities for discussion and Q&A during the conference, this is encouraged and all are welcome to contribute. 

Special diets - Special diets that have been requested during registration will be available as part of the overall section or at a designated table.

Name badges - Will be provided at Registration - All delegates are required to wear their name badges throughout the Conference. Please NOTE that the name badges are required for re-admission on DAY 2 - name badges & holders need to be RETURNED at the end of your time at the conference.

Conference Photos - Photos of delegates/exhibitors will only be taken/posted online/utilised with individual’s permission (where identity can be established). Group/individual photos taken may be posted/utilised where identity cannot be established. 

Emergency/Exits - All exits are clearly marked. In an emergency please follow instructions of staff and any announcements. In case of a fire, do not use elevators.
