A reminder when we are having a bad day or questioning if we are doing a good job.
Please ask yourself: "why did I start this job"? If I can give a person a reason to get up out of bed day, if I can given them quality of life and a reminder that they still have worth, they still have skills... if we can focus on what the person can still do. Then that is a great reminder that we are needed, we are making a change.
