Note on event audience: The service setting (mainly residential aged care but also community/hospital) & delegate profile (mainly RNs but may include other health professionals/managers) needs to be factored into the language used, examples given etc by all presenters during their presentations and in their Session Summary and Presentation - use generic/neutral language like service / people rather than aged care facility / residents etc.
